Adrian Hemelt was born on March 15, 2001, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Standing at 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 220 pounds, Hemelt's athletic build was evident from an early age. He began his football journey at Baton Rouge High School, where he quickly established himself as a standout linebacker. His high school career was marked by impressive stats, including 120 tackles and 10 sacks in his senior year, earning him All-State honors.
