Ostrow worked at the law firm Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe before SGLA. At Orrick, Ostrow supported policy work for the Sports Betting Alliance. Ostrow also advised Major League Baseball, the NBA, and the PGA Tour. Earlier, Ostrow helped FanDuel advance fantasy sports laws in several states. SGLA added three more board members alongside Duncan. Derek Brinkman, chief new products officer at VGW, joined the board. Lloyd Melnick, the VGW chief government affairs officer, joined as well. VGW operates Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Slots, and Global Poker. Bryan Schroeder, general counsel at ARB Interactive, was the third addition.
