Xzavior Kautai was born on May 15, 2001, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Standing at 6'4" and weighing 310 pounds, Kautai's imposing physique was evident from an early age. He began his football journey at East High School, where he quickly became a standout on the offensive line. His high school performances earned him a scholarship to play at the collegiate level, marking the start of his NCAAF career.
