Trace Meadows was born on March 15, 2002, in Birmingham, Alabama. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 215 pounds, Meadows began his football journey at Birmingham High School, where he quickly became a standout player. His exceptional performance on the field earned him a scholarship to play for the University of Alabama, a powerhouse in college football.
