Romello Jones was born on June 15, 2002, in Birmingham, Alabama. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 220 pounds, Jones has been a formidable presence on the field since his high school days. He first gained attention as a standout linebacker at Birmingham High School, where he led his team to two state championships.
