RJ Reyes was born on March 15, 2002, in Miami, Florida. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 210 pounds, Reyes began his football journey at Miami Central High School, where he quickly became a standout player. His exceptional performance on the field earned him a scholarship to play for the University of Miami, a notable program in NCAAF.
Reyes is known for his agility and strategic playmaking ability, which make him a formidable offensive threat. His quick decision-making and precision passing set him apart as a quarterback. With a strong arm and the ability to read defenses effectively, Reyes consistently ranks in the top tier of his position.
During his sophomore year, Reyes led his team to a 10-2 record, throwing for over 3,000 yards and 28 touchdowns. His performance earned him a spot on the All-ACC Second Team. Reyes continues to be a key player for the Hurricanes, with his sights set on breaking several school records.
