Phillip Moore was born on April 15, 2002, in Dallas, Texas. Standing at 6'1" and weighing 210 pounds, Moore's athletic prowess was evident from a young age. He excelled at Southlake High School, where he became a standout running back, showcasing his speed and agility. His performance earned him a scholarship to play for the University of Texas, where he quickly made a name for himself in the NCAAF.
