Mikai Middleton was born on March 15, 2002, in Austin, Texas. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 210 pounds, Middleton developed his skills at Westlake High School, where he quickly became a standout player in the Texas high school football circuit. His impressive performances earned him a scholarship to play in the NCAA Football (NCAAF) league, where he joined the Texas Longhorns.
