Jayvon Henderson was born on March 15, 2002, in Birmingham, Alabama. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 210 pounds, Henderson demonstrated athletic potential from a young age. He excelled at Hoover High School, where he was a standout player, leading his team to multiple state championships. His performance caught the attention of college scouts, paving the way for his entry into NCAAF.
