James Flanigan was born on April 15, 2002, in Houston, Texas. Standing at 6'3" and weighing 220 lbs, Flanigan began his football journey at Westfield High School, where he quickly established himself as a standout linebacker. His high school career was marked by impressive performances, earning him All-State honors and catching the attention of college scouts nationwide.
