Jacob Fields was born on March 14, 2002, in Austin, Texas. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 210 pounds, Fields developed a passion for football early in his life. He showcased exceptional talent during his high school years at Westlake High, leading his team to a state championship and earning All-State honors.
Fields is known for his dual-threat capabilities as a quarterback. His ability to make plays with both his arm and legs sets him apart. With a quick release and precise accuracy, he's adept at reading defenses and exploiting coverage gaps. His mobility allows him to extend plays, making him a constant threat on the field.
In his sophomore year at the collegiate level, Fields led his team to a conference title, throwing for over 3,000 yards and rushing for an additional 500. His performance earned him the Conference Player of the Year award, solidifying his status as a top prospect in NCAAF.
