Evan Bullock was born on March 15, 2002, in Austin, Texas. Standing at 6'3" and weighing 220 pounds, Bullock's physical presence was evident from an early age. During his high school years at Westlake High, he quickly emerged as a standout player, leading his team to multiple state championships. His impressive stats and leadership on the field caught the attention of several top college programs, eventually leading him to commit to the University of Texas.
