Drew Merrill was born on March 14, 2002, in Austin, Texas. Standing at 6'3" and weighing 220 pounds, Merrill's athleticism was evident from a young age. He attended Westlake High School, where he quickly became a standout player in the football program, showcasing his skills as a quarterback and leading his team to a state championship during his senior year.
