Dominic Deluca was born on July 17, 2002, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Standing at 6'1" and weighing 215 pounds, Deluca began his football journey at Wyoming Area High School. There, he excelled as a dual-threat quarterback, leading his team to a state championship. His high school success caught the attention of college scouts, earning him a spot on the Penn State Nittany Lions roster.
Deluca is known for his versatility on the field, transitioning from quarterback in high school to a linebacker role in college.
