Cortez Mills was born on March 15, 2001, in Birmingham, Alabama. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 210 pounds, Mills began his football journey at Birmingham High School, where he quickly established himself as a standout wide receiver. His impressive high school career caught the attention of several college scouts, ultimately leading him to commit to a Division I program in the NCAAF.
