Clay Masters was born on March 15, 2002, in Dallas, Texas. Standing at 6'3" and weighing 220 pounds, he began his football journey at a young age, showcasing his talent in high school with the Dallas High Eagles. Known for his strong arm and leadership skills, Masters quickly became a standout player, earning a scholarship to play college football in the NCAAF with the Texas Longhorns.
Masters is known for his dual-threat capabilities as a quarterback. With a quick release and exceptional field vision, he's adept at making split-second decisions. During his sophomore year, Masters led the Texas Longhorns to a 10-2 record, throwing for over 3,500 yards and 28 touchdowns. He was named to the All-Conference First Team and was a finalist for the Davey O'Brien Award, recognizing the nation's best college quarterback. His performance in the rivalry game against the Oklahoma Sooners, where he threw for 400 yards and 4 touchdowns, remains a highlight of his collegiate career.
