This big winger handles the boards formidable, but is more a developmental smooth skater whose body is just catching up to co-ordinate better touches and handles.Displays a high hockey IQ, and the chances he has a huge upside is a difficult to understate, so maybe he goes off the board for a team playing the “long game”on his upside this early.A Finnish transfer whose fortunes were diverted as his status with the Finland departure had him fall short in landing in the destination he desired here in North America.There is athleticism, strength and packed plenty with stamina, and the play will continue to get expopentially better as he constructs his game.A decisive player when he has the puck in the attack zone; a good finisher with a heavy shot who sometimes catches the goalies napping with odd angled shot, shaking off defenders and getting shots off from the places he found some space. Displays a powerful stride and the ability to go inside, splitting defenders and getting shots off from there. He can get to the front as a screen, and use if good hand-eye co-ordination to deflect in shots while being draped by a defender. Handles the puck well and can finish in a variety of ways.I suggest we all decide if his draft slotting is reasonable in four season from now, when he becomes the beast of a player I believe he will be.
