Dylan Simmons was born on April 14, 2001, in Dallas, Texas. Standing at 6'3" and weighing 220 pounds, Simmons developed his skills at Lakeview High School, where he excelled as a quarterback. His impressive high school career caught the attention of several Division I programs, ultimately leading him to commit to play for the Texas Longhorns (8-5).
