Anthony Carter was born on September 17, 1960, in Riviera Beach, Florida. Standing at 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 168 pounds, Carter developed his skills at Suncoast High School, where he became a standout wide receiver. His exceptional speed and agility caught the attention of college scouts, leading him to a successful career in NCAAF with the Michigan Wolverines.
