Dravecký is dynamic mail carrier who can dominate and may surprise as a pro when his tools, hockey sense and skill develops with growth and development. So much of what see in his successful play is due to his feet, because they are the basis to success in making space to operate, to move on a dime in a pinch to grab loose pucks and keep the possession live, and defensively keep attackers to the outside. Dynamic is transitions from his end, he can make accurate passes on the fly. Smart and will lure defenders towards him, to create space for a teammate’s reception, He is the keystone a quick puck moving power play where his handling, vision, and playmaking as the QB are noticiable. There are more questions than answers when projecting his status as a NHL prospect, because although there are solid elements in this game, can he develop higher dimensions to them, so that he becomes that non-suspect defender who definitely is a major league facilitator? An NHL team will expect him to maximize his opportunities and not just fill conceded space on the ice, but he is going to have to carve out bigger niche by developing one. He lacks the physicality that comes with a dozen or so dee-man prospects in this class. And you could make the case that he sometimes never plans to send the biscuit to a teammate on offense. Although a smooth mover at the current level, the toolbox doesn’t look higher than current competition.
