Norwegian winger has spent two and half seasons on the Örebro hockey program, most in the under 20 league, as he has only seen limited action in SHL. His value is as power wing and shooter, so the developmental model was to not rush and overwhelm him in his growing his game. So far there is little evidence he is blooming into the finished product. Clearly his shot is the biggest tool, his skating looks good with an inside drive, but so far has shown inconsistent and limited creativity offensively, despite his first power play relegations. There are some physciality to his forechecking, but not really advancing hinmself as a power player. He doesn’t seem to have the giggy-up to catch opponents or create many scoring chances on his own. He has the fluidity in his skating to get through tight areas,he protects the puck strongly on the wall, evades forechecking pressure well. He is not a speedster, but is pretty composed in his carries, and shows glimpses of a high paced wing, whether on the right side or left. If he becomes more physical in his development, improves his game reads, he probably project to a bottom six forward who can unload his gun on the power play.
