Big developing Swedish rearguard who plays with a shutdown mindset and really good quickness to his play. Extremely raw at this juncture, but has shown glimpses on the player he could become in his passing, play speed and abilty to be a mailman, and good defensive zone attributes. A good skater at his size and his puck handling has gotten him power play time too. Plays defense with an aggressive awareness, closing and taking space away on attackers and winning puck battles. Aggressive on the wall and in many box-out opportunities, with good defensive awareness when off the puck. Capable of playing on both the power play and the penalty kill, especially agile and stout on the PK. Needs to improve on his offensive attacking, and surely experience will lead to better decision making as an attacking offensive generator. It is difficult to project a lad this big and locked in as anything but a first rounder.
