This season, he was utilized as a middle six winger on both sides, but his most creatively offensive games were when he lined up at LHRW next to Cole Eiserman .and able to play a more free-wheeling style. When he wasn’t paired with him, he played a much more conservative style where you see him constantly reading the play and showing hesitancy to make sure he put his team at a defensive disadvantage. An effortless skater who hits full speed in two strides. Displays good vision and hands which allows him to find open teammates. As he becomes more comfortable playing the off-wing, look for him to start taking more shots from scoring areas. Defensively, he does a good job of basic zone coverage in his own end, and he’s still working on various techniques to successfully navigate exits out of his zone from that off-side.
