Henry Nelson

Dependable stay at home left handed defenseman with a nice sized frame and room to fill out. An upright skater who is unusually smooth on his blades. His upside as an offensive player is showing in his continued contributions and growth at both ends. Smooth out in his transitions with excellent vision to spring forwrardswith the long breakout. Has been given extensive time on the power play and excels there, but not as the shooting attacker. He rarely uses his heavy shot, and instead selflessly drops pucks to teammates down low and walks the blue line with authority in finding the best option. There's lots of room for growth and in committing to the University of North Dakota he will have the perfect situation to become a solid player.
