Coming off his best game of the year, Will Fuller is being suspended by the NFL for the next six games for PED use.
Fuller announced the news Monday on Instagram:
The Houston Texans wide receiver will miss the final five games of the 2020 campaign plus the first game of the following season. Fuller will be a free agent in the offseason.
The former Notre Dame receiver ends his season with 53 catches, 879 yards and eight touchdown catches — including a two-touchdown performance in his final game of the year against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving.
Perhaps this is why the Green Bay Packers were unwilling to give up a higher draft pick when they were negotiating a trade with the Texans prior to the trade deadline.
