Seattle Seahawks at Washington Football Team: 4 Best "Monday Night Football' Team, Prop Bets

Week 12 of the NFL season wraps up with the Seattle Seahawks traveling to the nation's capital to take on the Washington Football Team. While both teams are under .500 on the season, it seems like no team in the NFL wants to win, so every game matters for the slim playoff chances for both teams.

The Seahawks currently sit as a one-point favorite on the road, but there is more than just the spread to bet on tonight. As always, we have the three best props bets for Monday Night Football as well as the best overall bet of the night. Before we get to the good stuff, we would like to remind you to always gamble responsibly.

Let's get straight into the picks for another glorious night of football.

FanDuel: D.K. Metcalf OVER 65.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

The Seahawks were supposed to return to relevancy when Russell Wilson came back from injury two weeks ago. Instead, Seattle is 0-2, and they have only won one game in their last six. Going up against a team that is starting to pick up steam may be a bad sign for a team that is falling apart.

However, my gut feeling when I woke up this morning was this was going to be a game where the Seahawks open up a can of whoop-ass, and it starts in the passing game. Since Wilson returned from injury, D.K. Metcalf has seen 16 total targets, but he has only caught seven of those targets for a combined 57 yards.

But with the Football Team having one of the worst defenses against the pass in the NFL, this is the perfect spot for Metcalf to reintroduce himself as one of the game's best pass catchers.

Washington is ranked 28th in opponents' pass completion percentage, 28th in yards per pass, and 30th in passing yards per game. The Seahawks will have to turn to their greatest strength, which is the combination of Wilson and Metcalf to win this game. With how poor the Washington defense has been this season, I expect Metcalf to have a massive day.

Barstool: Russell Wilson OVER 242.5 Passing Yards (-113)

Like I just said, I expect Seattle to have a big day through the air, especially with the Washington defense being one of the worst against the pass. It also helps us that Washington holds teams to 98.5 rushing yards and only 4.1 yards per rush. While Chase Young is lost for the season, the Football Team's front seven is still one of the best in the NFL.

The Seahawks are ranked 29th in rushes per game, so it is not crazy to think that a poor running team like Seattle would focus on the pass tonight. Wilson has not hit this number in his last four starts, but his first three starts to the season were as good as anyone in the NFL. If Wilson's injury is not too much of a problem, which all signs are indicating that he is finally back to 100%, or very close to that, then he should easily go over this total.

DraftKings: J.D. McKissic Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+310)

There is not a lot of value on the board with the anytime touchdown scorer prop tonight, so we are going with a bit of a long shot. J.D. McKissic has not reached the endzone since Week 4, but he will be going up against a weak Seattle defense.

On the season, Seattle is last in passing yards and total yards per game, 23rd in rushing yards, and 19th in yards per pass. The defense has been playing better as of late, but it is still a very flawed group. If Washington wants to win this game, they are going to have to get creative on offense tonight. With McKissic being the most versatile weapon for the Football Team, he should get plenty of reps in this game.

At +310 odds, McKissic's touchdown prop has the best value on the board.

Bovada: Best Bet: Seahawks -1 (-110)

If you have not been able to tell so far, I am going to be all over the Seahawks tonight. Seattle is 2-4 ATS in their last six in Washington, but the Football Team has only covered the spread three times in their last 10 and they are 1-4 ATS at home this season. While the Football Team is playing some good ball right now, the Seahawks are 2-1 ATS as a road dog this season.

Plus, Wilson is 10-2 in his career on Monday nights. This is the perfect spot for Seattle to break out of their funk and try and get back into the playoff race. This spread surprised me a little bit, so of course I am going to jump on this low number.
