The Rams Turned a Luxurious Malibu Beach House Into a Draft War Room
Despite not even owning a first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Rams will be drafting in style this year. Thanks to the corporate overlords at Rocket Mortgage, the Rams converted a stunning beach house in Malibu into their draft headquarters.
"You can't help but draft well in an environment like this," Rams GM Les Snead said.
The Rams' "Draft House" features an infinity pool that overlooks the majestic Pacific Ocean and features multiple sprawling rooms where Rams officials can comfortably decide which players to draft.
The Rams could use some relaxation after a turbulent 2020 campaign, where Jared Goff and coach Sean McVay's relationship soured so much that the Rams shipped Goff to the Lions in exchange for Matthew Stafford — along with multiple draft picks, including two-first-rounders — this offseason.
It looks like Kliff Kingsbury has some serious competition for the best NFL Draft war room.
