Los Angeles Rams at Arizona Cardinals: 4 Best 'Monday Night Football' Prop, Team Bets

Week 14 of the NFL season wraps up tonight as the Los Angeles Rams will travel to Arizona to take on the Cardinals in an NFC West showdown.

The Cardinals are slight favorites tonight, and the Rams are looking to stay in the NFC West race.

As always, we have the three best props of the night as well as the best bet of the night.

Here are tonight's winners.

FanDuel: Kyler Murray Under 265.5 Passing Yards (-110)

Kyler Murray returned from injury last week against the Bears and tossed two touchdown passes, but he tallied just 123 passing yards on 11 of 15 passes in the rain. To be fair, he did not have to do much in that game as the Cardinals rushing game picked up the slack.

Murray looked 100% on his two touchdown scrambles, but the Rams are not going to make life easy for him. The Rams' run defense is much better than their secondary, ranking 10th in sack percentage (6.75%) while giving up 238.3 passing yards per game.

The Rams are also 10th in yards per pass, and 12th in takeaways per game. Over the last three games, the Rams are only giving up 207.3 passing yards per game, and the only reason it is that high is because Aaron Rodgers still exists. Murray has gone under this total four times this season, and he will go under again tonight against a tough Rams defense.

Barstool: Van Jefferson Over 4.5 Receptions (+102)

Since Robert Woods suffered a season-ending knee injury, Van Jefferson's role in the Rams' offense has significantly increased. Over the last four games, Jefferson is averaging 7.7 targets and 3.7 receptions per game.

Although Jefferson has only gone over this total twice this season, it is clear that Matthew Stafford is starting to trust him more, and with that, the numbers will come. I don't think this game will end in a shootout, but if it does, Jefferson will easily go over this total.

At +102 value, this is a very nice value-bet.

DraftKings Touchdown Scorer of The Night: Odell Beckham Jr. (+210)

In his three games with the Rams this season, Beckham has hauled in a pair of touchdown passes while averaging six targets per game, and although those touchdowns came in garbage time, he is starting to carve out his role in this offense.

At +210 value, this is a great bet because, first of all, Beckham is incredibly talented, and secondly, he seems like he has finally accepted his new role in the NFL. He is no longer the receiver we saw with the Giants. Beckham is a great WR2 in this league, and that is it. Maybe one day he can get back to his record-breaking level, but I doubt it.

The Rams are going to throw the ball a lot in this game because they are going to have to. Beckham is way too talented to not get involved, so I expect the Rams to get him the rock tonight and just let him work.

First Touchdown Scorer Odds: (+1400)

Parlay Odds: (+1095) 1u to win 10.9u

Bovada: Best Bet: Rams +2.5

I am starting to default to fading the public whenever I am unsure of which side of the spread to take. Tonight, 68% of the money is on the Cardinals to cover, but if you look at the trends, the Rams have an edge.

The Cardinals are 8-2 ATS in their last 10, however, Arizona is 3-7 ATS in their last 10 home games, and 0-6 ATS in their last six against the Rams. Now, the Cardinals are enjoying a breakout season, but Los Angeles is 8-1 SU in their last nine against the Cardinals.

When you factor in that the Cardinals have not been full strength for a long time, and even though that they are tonight, it has been a long time since Arizona has played at 100% this season. Could that play a factor in terms of team chemistry? Possibly, but the Rams' offense is way too good for me to count out at any point. If you would like to take the Rams ML at +115, you can as I think the Rams will win outright tonight.

However, I would rather have the extra 2.5 points to play with than the plus value.
