Bell immediately joins a loaded Kansas City backfield that features first-round pick Clyde Edwards-Helaire along with Darrel Williams and Darwin Thompson. Damien Williams opted-out prior to the season.
In just 17 games with the Jets, Bell ran for 863 yards and three touchdowns, although a paltry 74 of those yards came this season.
The terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
Bell confirmed the news on Twitter.
