Julio Jones Doesn't Want to Play for the Cowboys: 'I Want to Win'
Don't expect Julio Jones to wear the Dallas Cowboys star anytime soon.
The soon-to-be-ex Falcons receiver said on FS1's "Undisputed" on Monday — perhaps not knowing he was on live television — that he won't be returning to Atlanta in 2021. He also said that he doesn't want to play for the Cowboys, despite being photographed in Cowboys attire, because he wants "to win."
This is huge: Shannon Sharpe called Julio Jones live on @undisputed: Julio said he's "out of there" when asked if he wants to stay in Atlanta. He also said he doesn't want to go to the Cowboys. "I want to win."

Holy cow. I don't think he knew he was live. pic.twitter.com/5D8cXjclQt
This is a rather candid admission from the All-Pro receiver, but that's because he might not have known he was on TV since "Undisputed" host Shannon Sharpe failed to give him a warning that, you know, he's on air.
But it's not like he said anything that we didn't already know. The Falcons have made it clear they are open for business when it comes to trading Jones. A recent report said that Atlanta would be willing to accept a second-rounder to give his contract off the books.
NFL Network reported Monday, following Jones' appearance on "Undisputed," that Jones asked for a trade from the franchise months ago.
Clarity on the situation between the #Falcons and WR Julio Jones: The All-Pro requested a trade from the organization a few months ago, sources say, and the team then agreed to listen to offers. That’s how it began and why it continues.

While there might not be a hot market for Jones currently, there will be plenty of suitors for one of the best receivers of the past decade.
Who do you think should deal for the 32-year-old wideout?
