Philadelphia Eagles Release DeSean Jackson
A day after trading Carson Wentz to the Colts, the Eagles are continuing their roster makeover.
Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson posted on Instagram on Friday that he's been released and that he's "looking forward" to his "next chapter."

By moving on from the 34-year-old speedster, the Eagles save $5.8 million in salary cap space.
Over the course of his 13-year career, Jackson has played with the Eagles for two different stints for a total of eight seasons. He's reeled in 612 passes for 10,656 yards and 56 receiving touchdowns in his career.
