Watch Cowboys' Dak Prescott Throw a Football on Surgically Repaired Ankle

Dak Prescott has made another huge stride in his road to recovery.

Damian Devon, a QB coach in Dallas, posted a video to his Twitter account of Prescott planting his hip, taking snaps and throwing the ball on Wednesday.

Prescott suffered a gruesome fractured and dislocated ankle against the New York Giants last season which forced him to leave the field on a stretcher and miss the remainder of the 2020 campaign.

Despite the injury, Prescott signed to a four-year contract extension worth up to $164 million in March.

Since entering the league as a fourth-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, Prescott has been one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.

In five seasons with the Cowboys, Prescott has compiled 17,634 yards and 106 touchdown passes on 66% completion rate.
