Colts' Michael Pittman Jr. Refuses to Give No. 11 to Carson Wentz
Some things are absolutely unattainable.
Whether that's becoming immortal, being able to fly or bringing back someone from the dead, it's physically impossible in our highly inefficient human form.
We can add another thing to that list: getting your hands on the No. 11 for the Colts.
That belongs to second-year receiver Michael Pittman Jr., who has refused to give the jersey number to the newly acquired Carson Wentz.
"I am No. 11," Pittman told TMZ Sports. "... I don't think there's any deal that is gonna be done."
Wentz has worn the No. 11 since playing at North Dakota State.
"Yeah, so I spoke to [Carson] and he was just seeing how locked in I was to No. 11, and I told him I was locked in -- and he was like, 'That's cool, bro, because I'm probably gonna switch anyway,'" Pittman told TMZ Sports.
Although there's no ill will, expect Pittman to get fewer targets next season after rejecting Wentz's offer.
