Smith has had an incredible rise up the coaching ranks, going from the Titans' assistant tight ends coach in 2014 to offensive coordinator in 2019 to becoming the Falcons' new coach in 2021.
The son of FedEx founder Frederick W. Smith, Arthur has helped to develop Ryan Tannehill from a draft bust into one of the most efficient passers in the league. He's also helped create a play-action offense that has elevated the Titans' trio of Derrick Henry, A.J. Brown and Corey Davis.
