Arizona Basketball Coach Sean Miller Fired After 12 Seasons
Sean Miller is out as Arizona Wildcats coach.
After 12 seasons and weeks of rumors concerning his status as the Wildcats' coach, Miller and Arizona parted ways Wednesday, per Stadium. He had one year left on his deal.

Miller has been embroiled in one of college basketball's most prominent violation scandals and was charged with head coach responsibility for failure to promote an atmosphere of compliance.
Miller and Arizona have been in hot water ever since Wildcats assistant coach Emanuel Richardson pleaded guilty to accepting bribes in order to funnel players to sports agent Christian Dawkins.
In a dozen seasons as the Wildcats coach, Miller compiled a 302-109 record. In his 17 seasons as a college head coach, he's reached seven Sweet 16s and four Elite Eights in the NCAA tournament.
