'Make a U-Turn': Lakers Team Bus Leaves Without Quinn Cook After Winning NBA Title
Quinn Cook became a two-time champion last night when the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Miami Heat to win the NBA title in the bubble.
Usually, becoming a multi-NBA champion comes with a certain amount of respect.
But not if you're Cook.

The Lakers team bus took off without the former Duke star, who apparently was too busy celebrating. But he wasn't too busy to hop on J.R. Smith's Instagram Live to ask the team to "make a U-turn" and come back for him.
Instead, it seems he had to "walk back after winning" the coveted title. And he wasn't too happy about it.
But, hey, it's hard to blame the Lakers team — in all the hysteria — for forgetting Cook, who played just 24 minutes in the 2020 playoffs.
