Kevin Durant Apologizes After Michael Rapaport Releases 'Disgusting' DMs
Kevin Durant's social media antics have gotten him in hot water again.
Michael Rapaport — who is known for social media drama — released a series of Instagram DMs on Twitter that he received in December from the Brooklyn Nets star that he claimed were "threats and disgusting messages."
Warning: the images contain homophobic and profane language.
I receive threats and disgusting messages DAILY, but never in my wildest dreams did I think @KDTrey5 would be among them. The 🐍 himself is now threatening me, bringing up my wife and wants to fight. This is supposed to be America’s sweetheart right? #ImDaRealMVP pic.twitter.com/l1VQfGMMRF— MichaelRapaport (@MichaelRapaport) March 30, 2021
In the messages, Durant becomes increasingly antagonistic to Rapaport because of what the former Friends actor has said about him.
Durant confirmed the messages were real and apologized on Twitter and Instagram.
Me and mike talk CRAZIER than this on the regular and today he’s pissed....My bad mike, damn!!— Kevin Durant (@KDTrey5) March 30, 2021
It's unclear if the NBA will get involved in this beef as Durant used homophobic language.
