In Memphis' 116-111 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Monday, Ja Morant suffered a Grade 2 left ankle sprain that will sideline the NBA's reigning rookie of the year for three to five weeks.

It's terrible timing for the Grizzlies and Morant, who appeared to be taking another leap to superstardom. The guard scored a career-high in the Grizzlies' season opener against the Spurs.
The Grizz are also without Jaren Jackson Jr. who injured his knee last season.
