Giannis Antetokounmpo is getting some help in Milwaukee.
The Bucks have been desperate to surround the Greek Freak with talent after the Bledsoe experiment failed. Milwaukee was reportedly interested in Chris Paul and Dennis Schroder, but they were both traded to other teams.
Holiday will give the Bucks their own Big 3 in Giannis and Khris Middleton. The former Pelicans guard will bring strong defense, playmaking and spacing for a team that has struggled in the playoffs recently.
The Bucks were one of our favorite landing spots for Holiday, and that wasn't their only move to reshape their roster. The team also added Bogdan Bogdanovic in a sign-and-trade with the Sacramento Kings.

Holiday has one year left on his deal, but he does have a $26.3 million player option for 2021-22. In 2019-20, Holiday averaged 15.9 points and 6.4 assists for the Pelicans.
Will this be enough to keep the Greek Freak in Milwaukee? Only time will tell.
