Gordon has been involved in trade talks for the past few seasons, but on each occasion, a deal fell through the cracks. Recently, the Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns sniffed around this past offseason, but the Magic ultimately backed out of those conversations.
As for this trade deadline, Gordon has his fair share of suitors. The Magic have had discussions with the Houston Rockets, Boston Celtics, Minnesota Timberwolves, Denver Nuggets and the Blazers, according to the Athletic.
Gordon is attractive to prospective teams for a plethora of reasons. He's a hybrid wing and big man who can score in a variety of ways, plus he has a declining salary next season.
Gordon will enter the final year of a four-year, $80 million pact next season where he's set to earn $16.4 million.
With the trade deadline looming, it looks like Gordon will finally be on the move.
